Our role
BestFlightsBooking is an independent travel assistance service. We are not an airline and do not own, operate, or control flights. Airlines and other travel suppliers provide the travel products and remain responsible for their schedules, equipment, performance, and policies.
Quotes and reservations
Fares, schedules, seat availability, baggage allowances, and other travel details can change at any time before ticketing. A quote is not guaranteed until the applicable supplier confirms the reservation and payment is successfully processed.
You are responsible for reviewing passenger names, dates, destinations, connections, and all price details before authorizing a purchase. Passenger names should match the identification used for travel.
Payments and service fees
Before purchase, you should receive a summary of the total amount and any applicable service fee. Charges may appear separately when an airline, supplier, or payment processor bills part of the transaction. You authorize the disclosed charges when you approve a reservation.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Tickets and travel services are subject to the airline or supplier’s rules. Some fares are nonrefundable or cannot be changed. Supplier penalties, fare differences, and service fees may apply. Refund timing is controlled by the party processing the refund and the payment provider.
Traveler responsibilities

- Arrive on time and follow airline check-in and baggage requirements.
- Monitor schedule changes and promptly review communications.
- Provide accurate contact, passenger, and payment information.

To the extent permitted by law, BestFlightsBooking is not responsible for supplier actions, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, lost baggage, force majeure events, or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply when posted, with the effective date shown at the top of this page. Terms presented at the time of a confirmed purchase continue to govern that transaction.
